If you share your equipment with other household members or roommates, you should consider the well-being of everyone involved. After each use, sanitize all the areas that you touched or held. There is an array of products you can use to clean your exercise equipment. Aerosols might be the most user-friendly and would come in handy even when you feel lazy. Disinfectant wipes are another way of making it easy for yourself. When you clean your exercise equipment, don’t forget the most important piece – the floor. Even if you’re doing home exercises without any gear, you will still be using your floors. You want them to be clean so that you can place your mat, your hands, and your feet there and be able to do pushups or burpees without feeling uncomfortable.
